What is TrustCash?

What will appear on my credit card statement if I purchase TrustCash with a credit card online?

The only information that will show up on your credit card statement is "TrustCash, LLC" and the amount you purchased. There will be no additional information posted.

Will I have to provide any personal information to use TrustCash once I have legally purchased it?

No. At no point during your sign up process are you required to give any of our content partner websites any personal financial information and you can rest easy that your information will not be shared with them.

Can I use TrustCash on more than one website?

Absolutely!  For example, if you bought a $50 amount from certified partners and spent only $10 on that website, you have $40 to spend anywhere else that accepts TrustCash until the balance of your card is used.

Are ANY FEES associated with signing up with TrustCash?

There are no fees for purchasing a TrustCash virtual card. There are NO monthly fees, processing fees or load or unload fees associated with TrustCash.

What if I forget my username or password for TrustCash? Where on the website do I go to retrieve this information?

Go to TrustCash.com and on the left side click "Forgot Registered Email or Password"

Where can I view my TrustCash transactions?

To view all your past transactions through TrustCash, simply go to www.TrustCash.com and sign into your account with your username and password. Once signed in, you will be taken to the "My Account Overview" page where you will see your recent transactions. For a full detail of all tranactions, simply go to the "My Transactions" tab. If you are looking for a specific charge you can search by amount or retailer name.
