1. Are there any restrictions on a merchant’s scope of activity, such as adult, gambling, payment aggregators and so on?

TrustCash considers every type of merchant.

2. What payout methods do you have for merchants, such as credit cards, banks and so on?

TrustCash can payout through ACH and wires, and to credit cards.

3. What are the fees for your service?

We provide two types of services:

a) Integrations
b) Payment processing

Pricing depends on your rate of risk and customer volume. Our TrustCash sales representatives will provide you with a flat rate percentage quote. You can contact us directly via email at sales@TrustCash.com.

4. What are the fees for all payout methods that exist in your system?

Checks are free, and wires cost $30 each.

5. Do you issue your own debit cards for your merchants?

We have not issued a debit card yet; however, we can add this product quickly if needed.

6. What is your chargeback policy?

Our chargeback policy is flexible. It’s possible that no fees may be charged for chargebacks.

7. What are the fees for chargebacks?

$0.00–$25.00 per chargeback, depending on volume.

8. How fast are funds credited to the merchant’s bank account?

Credit card: if a merchant is using their own account for credit card processing, the credit is immediate.

Direct pay: 5–10 days

ACH: 10–15 days

Deposit: from immediate to 5 business days

9. Do you perform any verification when a buyer pays for the first time or on subsequent times, such as phone verification, SMS, AVS, precharge, pre-authorization and so on?

We use IP detection and address verification methods to authenticate users. We are also PCI compliant, and manage our own negative customer database.

10. How much does it cost to add TrustCash to my website?

Unless you require a custom integration, there are no fees for adding TructCash to your site.

11. Are there any hidden fees or costs I should be aware of as a participating merchant?

Apart from the processing percentage cost, there are absolutely NO customer service, filing, set up or monthly costs associated with TrustCash.

12. Do you supply technical support?

We are committed to making sure all our content providers websites are fully maximized using TrustCash payment mechanism for all their websites, and that they get the timely technical support needed to get up and running when implementing TrustCash. In addition, we have a phone and email support system to assist and troubleshoot any technical support problems should arise.

13. I am located outside of the U.S.. Can I add TrustCash to my website?

Absolutely! We allow all merchants to take advantage of using anonymous payment options to their existing website.

14. Does TrustCash withhold or reserve any funds?

We do not withhold or have any reserve to your sales revenues.
