Policy

TrustCash Holdings Inc. (“Trustcash”) is a licensee of the DigiCert Secure Encryption & Identity Assurance Service. DigiCert® provides security to Trustcash Holdings, Inc. by using the 128/256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption; encrypting data between its domain and our clients browsers. DigiCert® has verified that Trustcash Holdings, Inc. controls this site/domain.

TrustCash is also a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because we wish to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to disclose our information practices and have our privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe. 

If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, you should first contact Trustcash Customer Support at info@trustcash.com. If you do not receive acknowledgement of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should contact TRUSTe at http://www.truste.org/consumers/watchdog_complaint.php . TRUSTe will then serve as a liaison with us to resolve your concerns. 

The TrustCash card is designed to allow you to access web content without disclosing personally identifiable information. TrustCash LLC has adopted this Privacy Policy to inform its customers and others about how it protects personally identifiable information and other information that may be collected when customers visit the TrustCash website or Content Provider web sites. 

The privacy of your nonpublic information is important to us. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address and any other personally identifiable information. We use safeguards to protect your privacy and confidentiality. This Policy Statement discusses information we collect and the manner in which it is used on www.TrustCash.com

Lawful Use of Site

TrustCash Web site services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state or local law, rule or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted or trademarked material; material legally judged to be threatening or obscene; material protected by trade secret; or material which violates a legally protected privacy right of an individual. 

TrustCash operates in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). TrustCash will cooperate with local, state and federal courts and law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of claims of illegal activities when legally obligated to do so. TrustCash will comply with all legally enforceable subpoenas, search warrants, court orders and other forms of legal process. Under TrustCash's Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold TrustCash harmless from any claims, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the customer's use or misuse of the service which damages TrustCash, any customer or another party. 

Privacy

Visitors to the TrustCash Web site will encounter two levels of privacy protection: that provided by TrustCash and that provided by the content providers reached through TrustCash (the "Content Providers"). 

TrustCash Privacy Protection

TrustCash is sensitive to the protection of 'customer identifiable' information which an individual or another customer reasonably expects to be kept private. 'Customer identifiable' information means information which can be associated with a specific entity or individual, including, by way of example, a customer's name, e-mail address, and information about on-line activities which can be directly linked to him or her. 

The TrustCash site is designed to operate without the use of personally identifiable information, and TrustCash will never ask you for personally identifiable information, other than information that is sufficient to demonstrate that you are of legal age to view material accessed through TrustCash and to complete the purchase transaction of your TrustCash card. 

We do not share personally identifiable information with any third parties for marketing purposes. 

To the extent that TrustCash does obtain information that may be considered to be personally identifiable, TrustCash will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any such information without the consent of the customer, valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant), or to prevent imminent physical harm to a customer or others other than during the purchase process. TrustCash may also use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens TrustCash's customers, network or the Internet or otherwise violates the customer agreement. 

TrustCash's servers automatically gather information about which sites its customers visit on the Internet and which pages are visited within a TrustCash site known as Log Files. Such information does not include personally identifiable information, and TrustCash does not use that information except in the aggregate. The information collected through this site helps us identify the type of Web site content our customers value most. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. 

We use suppliers to assist us in collecting, using or otherwise processing for our benefit the non-personal information obtained through this site. We use a third-party tracking service that uses cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate such as unique visitors, browser type and for purpose of usage and volume statistics. 

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. 

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" file. We set a persistent cookie to store your passwords, so you don't have to enter it more than once. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

Some of our business partners (e.g. content providers) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies. 

This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by TrustCash.com only and does not cover the use of cookies by any other party. 

Communications from the Site

You will receive an email from the site if you "Contact us" through the site and send us an email requesting a response. We will only contact you if you have requested information or help. You will receive an email from us with a response to your inquiry only. We do not store your email address and will not contact you for any other purpose. You may not opt-out of receiving a response email from us if you have initiated the communication. 

Agents

We may provide your Personal Information and credit card information to trusted businesses or persons ("AGENTS") for the sole purpose of processing or storing Personal Information on our behalf. These Agents include banks and credit card processing companies, as well as other third parties we may use to assist us in our day to day business. We may use information in the aggregate for our own internal statistical, design, or operational purposes, such as to estimate our audience size and measure aggregate traffic patterns, and we may outsource some or all of these tasks to Agents. All Agents will be contractually prohibited from using or disclosing Personal Information for any purposes other than for that which they have been engaged. When we do disclose your information to others, it will be subject to agreements that require Agents maintain the security of the Personal Information provided by TrustCash, and to process such Personal Information only on our instructions, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and in an appropriate confidential and secure manner. 

When you make a purchase using Trustcash, we must collect the your full name, mailing address, and other billing information as well as purchasing information (such as the date and time, identity of the transaction amount, fees and taxes) in order to process the User's purchase through either a credit or charge card transaction. Furthermore, the use of a credit or charge card requires us to obtain the type of credit or charge card, credit or charge card number, expiration date, and credit or charge card security code (for validation purposes). 

We may use a third party service provider to process your purchase using a credit or charge card. These third party service providers may include financial providers, such as banks, and non-financial providers, such as data processing companies, and compliance support organizations. When the third party acts solely on our behalf, we will require them to follow our privacy practices. 

Access

You do have access to correct, delete or view your personally identifiable information on the site as the only information collected is used during the purchase transaction for TrustCash. Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order form, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). 

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Content Porviders

This Policy Statement applies only to the use of the TrustCash site. Once you leave our site and use your TrustCash, TrustCash can not guarantee the security, integrity, or privacy of any information which passes through its services in communications between its end-use customers and content providers. However, we will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of its customers, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices of content providers. Please bear in mind the following points: 

Content Providers will provide differing levels of privacy protection, depending on the purpose of their site, the uses to which it is put, and the parameters of each site's privacy policy. Therefore the customer is responsible for the security and privacy of his/her/its accounts with Content Providers, including, but not limited to, passwords; email content; personal information used for e-commerce; on-line product registrations or on-line subscriptions of any type; file data; and any form of computer intrusion. Users are cautioned to familiarize themselves with these matters before disclosing personally identifiable information to such sites. 

Users should be aware that TrustCash cannot control the use of "cookies" or the resulting information by its Content Providers, their net servers, advertisers, or the operators of various web-sites and their advertisers. If a user does not want information collected through the user of cookies, most browsers contain features which allow the user to deny or accept the cookie feature. Users should know, however, that certain features contained on certain web-sites (such as customized information) are not available without the use of cookies.
