How to make a payment
When you pay using the TrustCash cash option, you are literally paying TrustCash. In turn, TrustCash pays the owner of the site. In fact, the owner of the site doesn’t receive your personal or financial information during the transaction making it safe and private.
You do not need a bank account or a TrustCash membership to make a payment!
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A PAYMENT:
Go to your merchant’s site payment page and click on the TrustCash Deposit button or link.

You will be taken to the first page of the TrustCash Deposit process.
1. Choose a payment location by any of the following:
i) Choose a previous location by logging in as a TrustCash Member.

ii) Entering your city and state, OR your zip code, and select FIND LOCATIONS and then choose a location from the list TrustCash provides.

iii) Manually type in a bank location.

2) Create a Pending Invoice by:
a) Entering your Email address as a guest.
b) Logging in as TrustCash member and using a previous invoice.

3) Print or Email or SMS message your deposit information

4) Complete your purchase by visiting the bank you have chosen.
Note:
- You do not need a bank account.
- Present the Invoice and Exact Cash to a Bank Teller.
- Tell the Bank Teller ”I am making a deposit into the account detailed on the invoice“.
- Keep a copy of the deposit slip for your records.
- Payments are confirmed hourly and at the end of the business day on which you make your deposit.
